- Upper age limit is 55 Years,

Eligibility Criteria
- Masters Degree in Engineering from reputed Foreign or HEC recognized University
- Preference may be given to individuals having Diploma / Degree in Project management
- Minimum Experience of 15 years at senior management paosition, preferatbly National / International Level Projects and at least 05 years as independent Head.
- Experience of Leadership role in large Govt/Semi-Govt/ Private Organization, managing various portfolio and delivery of Key and Multi disciplinary Projects.
- Possess excellent leadership and business process re-engineering, start-up operation, strategic analysis and management knowledge of corporate re-structuring and investment planning skills.
- Drive the organization through change management process with new technology trends and sound knowledge of seting up multi-disciplinary team for execution of defense related projects.
- Possess experience of contract negotiations and dealing with tri-services /Armed Forces and Production organizations.
