Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience as a Commercial Engineer in the construction industry. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
Alternatively, BSc in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Contract or Construction Management as a senior officer. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
